How long will it take to ship my order? And how much will it cost?
With feelbest.com, you have several shipping options to choose from, and this will determine how much time it will take to get your parcel. Here are the shipping methods, and how long they are estimated to take.
Please
note that we use Canada Post for all shipping.
Delivery time to Canadian addresses is
usually between two to ten business days.
Most parcels going to the U.S.A. typically
arrive between two to four weeks by Surface
mail, or two to ten business days if you
selected Xpress Post USA. Overseas orders
can take between three to five weeks to
get to destination via Surface mail.

Shipping in U.S.:
- Xpresspost USA (includes parcel tracking and insurance) » shipped in 5-10 business days
- Expedited US Business (includes parcel tracking) » shipped in 7-14 business days. Signature required at time of delivery
- Small Packet Air (non-traceable, non-insured) » shipped in up to 2 weeks
- Small Packet Surface (non-traceable, non-insured) » shipped in 2-4 weeks
Shipping to the rest of the World:
- Purolator Worldwide (includes parcel tracking and insurance) » shipped 2-5 business days
- XpressPost International (includes parcel tracking and insurance) » shipped in 5-10 business days
- Small Packet Air (non-traceable, non-insured) » shipped in up to 2 weeks
- Small Packet Surface (non-traceable, non-insured) » shipped in 2-4 weeks
The cost of shipping your parcel will vary depending on where you are, the weight of the items you want shipped, and how fast you want them. Because of these variables, we can’t accurately estimate shipping costs here. Your best bet is to go through the shipping process to the shipping step, or give us a call and we can help you out. Keep in mind that shipping on Canadian orders over $40 and U.S. orders over $99 are free.
Update: Free Shipping until Dec 31st/08
We are now offering free shipping to all locations in Canada and free shipping to the United States for orders over $75.00 CAD (approximately $61.00 USD).* We apply this after we process your order. The discount will appear on the final invoice you receive in the mail with your order.
* Shipments that require extra shipping charges sometimes imposed by Canada Post may not qualify for free shipping. This may apply to: shipments of excessive weight and shipments to extremely rural areas. |

Why are your costs displayed in Canadian dollars?
Since we are a Canadian company, we list our products in Canadian dollars. We do however have a built in currency converter for 4 other major world currencies (U.S. dollars, the EURO, British pound (sterling), and the Chinese Yen). To automatically convert our displayed prices just click on the respective flag in the top right corner of the page.Customers wanting to pay in other currencies can get accurate exchange rates using the ‘XE Currency Converter’ in the left side navigation, about half way down the page (a new window will open when you choose this tool). |

I want to purchase a bunch of products and am wondering if it’s possible to get a discount on my large volume order?
All first time buyers at feelbest.com get a 10% discount on their order (just type in ‘1st time customer’ in the comments section at the first stage of the checkout process – we’ll apply the discount when we fill your order). Free shipping is also offered on Canadian orders over $40 and U.S. orders over $99. We also have on-going sales on our products at any given time. I am hesitiant to buy online, but I want to purchase a product I saw on the site. What should I do?
Even though our site is secure, we understand that you might not want to give your credit card information online. You may go through the check out process and choose the ‘phone/fax’ option in the drop down in your method of payment (please note that this may take a little longer to process). You can also give us a call at our toll free number (1-888-689-9890) and we can process your order over the phone. |

6.
I placed my order, it was shipped, but it hasn’t arrived on time? What should I do?
Call us and we’ll track your package, provide you with a tracking number (if you chose a shipping method that offers this option), or do what we can to find where your package is. We’ve been shipping online for 12 years and have a good track record of working with our shipping service to get your package to you on time or – in the rare event it gets lost – we’ll reimburse you the cost of your order.

7.
I’m not satisfied with the product and I want a refund. What should I do?
If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply call or email us to discuss reimbursement options and procedures. NO REFUNDS will be offered on products that have been opened or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds will only be granted with the original receipt included in the parcel.
If your parcel arrived late or damaged, please call our office on the last day of expected delivery or as soon as the parcel is received damage. NO REFUNDS will be offered on products items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
