How much will my shipping costs be?
How long will it take for my order to
get to me?
Answer: You will have several shipping options
offered to you once you get to the Shipping
and Handling portion of the ordering process.
It will give you an estimated time of
arrival. The shipping prices are calculated
based on your address and value, weight
and dimension of your parcel. For orders
under 1kg (2lbs), the shipping and handling
costs are typically under CDN$15. If you

note that we use Canada Post for all shipping.
Delivery time to Canadian addresses is
usually between two to ten business days.
Most parcels going to the U.S.A. typically
arrive between two to four weeks by Surface
mail, or two to ten business days if you
selected Xpress Post USA. Overseas orders
can take between three to five weeks to
get to destination via Surface mail. |

Can you send me a catalogue?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. We are a true e-commerce
store, and the thousands of items we offer
would fill a phone book! Finding the product
you are looking for is actually simpler
on our Internet site than it ever could
be in a catalogue. Use the convenient
categories listed on the left margin to
find a selection of products. To find
a specific product or brand, use our search
engine. You can search our entire site
content by keyword, product name, category,
manufacturer or UPC (product) code. |

Why is my receipt in Canadian Dollars?
Answer: Since we are a Canadian based commerce,
we list our prices are in Canadian Dollars.
We do, however, show an approximate U.S.
price on our site for your convenience.
Your credit card will be charged in Canadian
Dollars. Your bank will automatically
convert to your home currency based on
existing exchange rates. |

What if I do not want to pay by Credit
Card?
Answer: Even though our site is secure, we understand
that you might not want to give out your
information online. You may go through
the ordering process and choose "phone/fax"
as your method of payment. Please note
that this might make the ordering process
a little longer. If you do not have a
credit card, you have the option to transfer
funds directly from your bank account
to our bank account. Please contact our

I have a complaint concerning your products.
Answer: Please note that we are NOT the manufacturer
of the products we carry. Usually, the
manufacturers' contact information is
mentioned on the package of most products.
If you wish to return a product, please
contact us first for specific return instructions
and to receive your return authorization
number.
Please note that we do not accept returns
of opened items or items returned more
than 30 days after delivery. |

I would like to receive a refund, reimbursement or credit.
Answer: If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, simply call or email us to discuss reimbursement options and procedures. In order to receive a credit or refund, you will need a Return Authorization Number from Feelbest.com prior to returning your purchase. Please note that WE WILL NOT REFUND parcels that do not have a Refund Authorization Number indicated on the package. NO REFUNDS will be offered on products that have been opened or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Refunds will only be granted with the original receipt included in the parcel.
If your parcel arrived late or damaged:
